1. Function feature and the principle of action.
The solid-phase polycondensation process refers to the chemical reaction of the polycondensation of the chips in the solid state. The polymer molecules combine with each other to form a new molecular chain, and the molecular weight is increased, thereby increasing the intrinsic viscosity (IV) of the polyester and its physical properties. The whole process of the thickening device does not need to add any additives, economical and environmentally friendly.
Vacuum Tumble Dryer is especially for drying small capacity of PET and PA6.It consists of tumble reactor, support, transmission device, heating transfer oil heating and cooling system, vacuum system and control cabinet. It is one kind of batch dryer. Conduction oil can be used for heating. Use vacuum pump to remove the moisture of raw material out as well.

A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
