Purpose

Features
      The HSD series experimental mixer is installed on a movable base. The main components include the frame, the rotary system, the electrical control system, the hopper and so on. The conical mixed hopper mainly consists of the bucket body, the bucket cover and the clamp, and the butterfly valve.
      The hopper is mounted on a rotating shaft by a cantilever fixed mode, and can be rotated at 360 degrees. Because the symmetrical axis of the hopper is an angle with the rotary axis of the rotary arm, the three components of the material move in the three-dimensional space of the closed hopper, resulting in strong turning and high shear, achieving a better mixing effect.
      The rotary system is the key system to complete the mixing function, in which the rotary motor uses low speed and large torque deceleration motor, which is the power device of the host mixed. The rotary shaft assembly is provided with a sensing element, when the rotary body to set position, the sensor is installed on the frame of a sampling signal, the signal through the PLC system, the hopper read speed and position information, continuous display of speed and cumulative speed in touch, and a stop instruction according to the set time. The hopper stops turning, and the hopper stops at the suitable discharge position under the action of the brake motor.
      The electrical control system is mainly divided into two parts, the electric cabinet and the sensor in the frame. The core controller PLC controller and frequency converter is installed in the electric control cabinet, in use process, electrical operation is mainly the operation panel of the electric control cabinet to complete, including printers, touch screen, power switch and emergency stop switch, touch screen can display the running time and speed.
